Summer 2025 LSP and SPARC programs have come to an end

What an amazing time with the high school students this year! Students accepted in the Louisville Science Pathways and Student Physician-Scientist Accelerated Research and Clinical Training Programs were stupendous this year, contributing to Bayesian estimation of temporal origins of viral DNA isolates! They spent the summer learning how to pipette with accuracy and precision, how to code in R, and how to run BEAST to help determine if HIV replication occurs even in the face of treatment. Way to go, new scientists!
