Sociovirology

Like many other microbes before them, viruses have demonstrated the capability of cooperation for the survival of the species, which can be characterized using models of co-evolution! We developed GOSIP - Graphical mOdeling of Social Interactions using Phylogenies - to look for population-level co-varying networks of sites that may be involved in interactions necessary for population survival.
